.. Bardi is situated in the Val Ceno, on a high hill (650 m. s.l.m.) in the middle of an uncontaminated landscape, 
immersed in an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity, La Baracca, typical Emilian restaurant, has the ability to make their guests feel at ease. In a serene, peaceful atmosphere La Baracca offers typical small farm products, gastronomic proposals that come from traditional recipes and natural ingredients. The typical emilian flavour is the result of an accurate research to recuperate even so-called “poor” dishes but also with extraordinary flavours. Luisa and Tony offer food and accomodation, cleanliness and quality in the preparation of the food.. 
You can taste only genuine products picked at the right maturation point, such as the homemade preserves, fresh vegetables preserved in oil. The specialities not to be missed are fresh pasta, ravioli, game then there are various ham products, salami, local wines, bread cooked in wood heated evens and the meats are from locally bred animals, in fact, a place of genuine products. |
